I hope you were able to stop by the Gina K Release Party….if not, you can find all the fantastic samples {HERE}!  You can also see all the newly released stamp sets over at the shoppe {HERE}!

I had just one more card to share with you.  I wanted to make a really blingy, hot pink, girly card using that stamp from Nina Brackett’s Christ is Risen.  So here it is!  Tons of glitter, sparkle and pink!

Gina K Sneak Peek – Day 4!

Today I have the latest Buy 3 Get 1 FREE set, Framed Greetings,  to share with you!  Gina has created another wonderful sentiment set paired with a frame made to coordinate with the Spellbinder dies!  You can use the sentiments alone (they are lovely!) or you can fit them inside the frame!  I used mine inside the frame – I happened to need a *Thinking of You* card this week.  I colored bits of the frame in and of course the flowers too.  Then I added some pearls, velvet ribbon and some cream lace.  The papers are from the 8×8 October Afternoon Pad, Thrift Shop!

Gina K Sneak Peek – Day 3!

I must say – I think that the samples I have to share today are my favorites for this week!  I made both of these cards as Valentines…..not because the sets are at all Valentine related – but they just fit for two of my guys!  I think you will love both of these sets!

First up I have Live Life Loud by Tami Mayberry!  This is such a cool set!  And since my Alex is now playing the electric guitar – it was just PERFECT for his card!  I love the grungy style – so much that I even dug out my black embossing powder to make it really stand out.  And I hate to emboss –  all that gritty mess!!  But it turned out just how I envisioned  it!  Alex loves black and green so here is what I came up with for him!

Next up I have Christ is Risen by Nina Brackett!  Now I totally went another way with this set than the Easter theme it was intended for – which just shows how versatile it is!  This was my Valentine for my wonderful husband, Matthew.  I tried to tone down the girly bits…..but I did have a few rhinestones, some black glitter….and seam binding for a bow.  But it is pretty cool looking, if I do say so myself!  I think you’ll love all the options available with this set!  I used lots of Tim Holtz distress inks on here as well as Cranberry Tart Pure Luxury and some Graphic 45 paper…..

Gina K Sneak Peek – Day 2!

So I hope you all had a lovely Valentine’s Day yesterday.  The boys helped me put on a sweet sushi dinner with candlelight for Matthew.  They snuck off to the basement and watched a movie I had rented for them.  Very cute and we actually had a nice quiet dinner, just the two of us!  No babysitter required – I love my boys!  And I love that they are old enough to do this kind of thing, lol!  Then I stamped while Matthew and I watched the movie Valentine’s Day.  It was pretty good!

Anyway, today I have two cards to share tonight.  The first is Little Critters by Theresa Momber.  Theresa draws the most realistic stamp sets – and this is no exception! I didn’t use it on this card – but that hedgehog/porcupine is just the CUTEST!!  Since I was kind of in a sweetheart mood, I went with the frog and the sentiment *kiss me!*  I figured with some Bubblegum Pink Pure Luxury, it made a sweet card!

Next up is another fun set – Chocolate Bunnies by Asela Hopkins.  And the minute I saw this set – I knew I had to use the *Bite me!* sentiment.  So here’s a bit of paper piecing along with Bite Me!

Too cute, right??  Now be sure to stop by the rest of the Design Team blogs to see lots more samples!  And Thursday night from 7pm-10pm CST there will be a  rocking Release Party over at StampTV!  Be sure to join us there!

Gina K Sneak Peek – Day 1!

It’s Melanie Meunchinger day! Not really – but I have samples from two new fabulous sets from Miss Melanie to share with you today! Be sure to check out all the Design Team blogs listed below for more great samples – this release is going to knock your socks off!

These two sets are completely different, but can be used together! Leave it to Melanie to accomplish that! First up I have something made with Spring Basket. I decided to watercolor the flowers and then cut them out.  Dang that was a pain, lol!  The cutting, not the watercoloring!  But I even got the the tiny inner parts with that handy Tim Holtz knife.  That thing is awesome!  Anyway, I paired it with some Amy Butler paper I had and here is is!

Next is the set Basket Blessings!    This arrived at just the perfect time – one of Matthew’s coworkers just had a baby girl this week!  So here’s my take on this set – done with paper piecing and some Graphic 45 papers…..
