Gina K Blog Hop – Day 3!

Hello!  On the final day of blog hopping for this release, I have just one card to share with you.  This is the newest Buy 3 Get 1 FREE set, Bold and Beautiful! And as always, these sets just rock.  I always love them.  They are always so useful and pretty.  And this time is no exception!

Since I had my Doodlebug glitter out from the melon card yesterday, I decided to go with something fairly simple and then glitter it up!  I also had some leftover quarter sheets from my Grunge Damask papers, and I noticed the orchid piece matched the newer Wild Lilac Pure Luxury perfectly!  So I used some markers to ink up the stamp, then a quickie glue pen to glitter the flower portion.   I also used some felt I found to layer the image, I think the pop of green (which matches the Green Apple Pure Luxury I used) adds a little something.  Now my sewing is not the best here, I still need help figuring out the whole *tension* thingie.  And sewing over lace…..not so easy!  It slips, and it ended up slightly crooked…but I do like the end result!

Be sure to check out the other Design Team blogs to see their fabulous projects!  And also, stop back by tomorrow when I will be hosting a challenge on StampTV!

Gina K Blog Hop – Day 2!

Hello!  Today I have two more fantastic stamp sets to share with you.  Remember, you can find all the these new stamps already on sale at Gina K Designs {HERE}!  Today I have Whimsical Wishes by Theresa Momber and Garden Fresh by Gina K Designs.

First up is Whimsical Wishes.  This set is so pretty and I love the sentiments that are included.  I chose something fairly simple and paired it with some of the recent cardstock Gina released by Pink Paislee, Butterfly Garden.  A fairly simple card, but I really wanted the stitching to stand out a bit.  I think with the vintagey paper, it works here.

Next up is Garden Fresh by Gina K Designs.  This is just a happy, fun set!  The fruit just calls out for bright colors – I paired it with the Key Lime Pure Luxury Accent Cardstock,  Red Hot Pure Luxury Cardstock, and some papers from Hometown Summer by Pink Paislee.  I jazzed it up a little with some chocolate and lime glitter too.  I love the scalloped circle cards, they are probably my favorite to make!

Be sure to stop by all the other Design Team Blogs for more fabulous samples with the new products!

Gina K Blog Hop – Day 1!

Hello!  I hope you were all able to stop by the Release Party, but if not – you can find all the fabulous samples shared {HERE} and all the New Products {HERE}! I have two things to share with you today. We are highlighting All Occasion Tags by Tami Mayberry and The Vine by Melanie Muenchinger.  I hope you stop by all the Design Team blogs to see what they have all done with these great stamps!

First I have All Occasion Tags.  I really love this set.  It works perfectly with Spellbinders Grommet Tags dies.  And I love these dies!  It was so simple to whip up a card and dress it up with a die cut sentiment tag – easy and classy!

Next up I have The Vine by Melanie Muenchinger. I again went with something simple.  This set just begs to be colored, I know.  However, not everyone is a into coloring.  So I really wanted to show that it could be just as lovely stamped alone.  I hope I achieved that here!

Please be sure to stop by all the other Design Team blogs to see what they have done with these sets as well!
