Gina K Blog Hop – Day 3!

For the final day of our Inspiration Blog Hop, I have my very favoritest set to share with you.  Well, I have two sets to share with you.  But one is just the BEST STAMP SET EVER! I think you all know which one that is!

First I will share two versions of a CAS card I made using the latest Buy 3 Get 1 FREE stamp set, Various Verses.  This is a great, versatile set – as always!  Gina does a great job of making these sets a perfect-for-any-occasion stamp set.  And this one is no exception!  I did simple one layer cards with an embossed nestability to outline the image.  I love that look as it makes a one layer card look very elegant.  I believe I like the the one with the words in color, but you can see both options and decide for your self!

And now for the BEST STAMP SET EVER!  Tami Mayberry designed a set with a GNOME!  Now you can see why this would be the best stamp set for me!  I love gnomes!  I think I have about 30 different gnomes outside my house.  I have seen Gnomeo & Juliet, I already own my own copy of it, and I love gnomes!  You can find Gnome One Like You already for sale, so run over and get yours now!  I used Pink Paislee’s Hometown Summer, some prima flowers, and Copic markers for this card.  I modeled this little guy after some tiny gnomes that sit on my porch…There’s Gnome One Like You!

Gina K Blog Hop Day 2!

Today I have two more fun sets to share with you!  I was only able to squeeze in PINK on one of them….but that’s ok!  Melanie Muenchinger and Theresa Momber have some fabulous illustrations in these sets!  You can find all the new designs for sale {HERE}!

First up, I have my non-PINK card using Basket Buddies, by Melanie Muenchinger.  Now I am not a pet person.  But these little guys are so dang cute!  I mean, who can resist adorable puppies and kittens?!?  So here is my CAS take on Basket Buddies using Kraft and Chocolate Brown Pure Luxury and  a few Copper Nail Heads….

Now I did manage to squeeze in a big of PINK on my card using Heartfelt, by Theresa Momber.  This was another quick card using Springtime by Echo Park.  I did some creative layering with my Nestabilities as well!

Gina K Designs Blog Hop – Day 1

Hello!  Today I have a little something from the newest StampTV kit to share with you.  And this is a FABULOUS kit!  It might be my favorite one yet, though that would be a hard choice to make!  Anyway, it’s awesome.  You can view all the images in the kit {HERE}!  It is already available for purchase too!

Of course this one had to have some PINK in it, just for my Mom.  I mentioned yesterday that she was diagnosed with Breast Cancer last week.  I greatly appreciate all of the prayers that were offered up on her behalf.  She can feel them, and I absolutely appreciate it!  Some of you also mentioned sending her cards.  I know that she would love that, but I do not want to post her address here.  However, if you would like to mention it in your comment, I would be happy to email it to you!  THANK YOU! I am awed by how wonderfully supportive the crafting community can be.

And here is my card for today, using the StampTV kit Falling for You and some Echo Park Be Mine papers…..

Gina K Release Party Hop!

We are very excited to extend an invitation to Gina K. Designs August Release Party. We have a fun evening planned for you – chatting, prizes, challenges, stamp sets reveal, design team shares, and most importantly, at the end of the party you will be able to go shopping!

If you came from Donna Baker, you’re at the right place. If not make sure to head over to StampTV where you will find a list of all those participating in today’s hop.

Here’s a photo of one of the cards I will be sharing at the party.  You all might remember that I have a wee bit of an obsession with garden gnomes.  You can find out more about that {HERE}. Well Tami Mayberry had designed a gnome stamp set!!  Of course I could not be more excited!

I have also had some not so good news this past week.  My mom was diagnosed with Breast Cancer.  In honor of her, most of my cards this week will be PINK.  She is doing well right now, they caught it early.  But if you are the praying type, please keep her in your prayers.  And here is my PINK card for today!  Using Gnome One Like You…..

Hope to see you at the party, here are all the details:

Head on over to Giovana Smith to see what card she’s sharing with you today and see you back here on tomorrow for the beginning of our three day Inspiration Blog Hop series for August!
