SHAME ON MSN!!!

I have a mini-rant.  If you don’t wanna read it, just skip this post!  But I gotta get this off my chest!

I am SICK and TIRED of finding out results before I’ve watch the events.  MSN’s home page (where I log in to my hotmail email) has results in the HEADLINES on the home page.  Even if you click the Hide Results box, you still see them!  AND they are there when you pull up the page.  You should be able to click the box if you WANT to see the results, not the other way around!

SO – SHAME ON MSN!

I’d write them and complain, but I have no idea where to send it.  So I’m just gonna whine about it to y’all.  Ok, mini-rant over.  *deep breath* letting it go…..

I felt the same way when I went to ABC’s site to watch “The Bachelorette” shows I missed. However, you may have a solution. I by-pass MSN’s site and just type in “hotmail.com” and it takes me to the log-in, then directly to my mailbox. There should be a way to set your prefrences so that MSN headline page doesn’t appear, and it goes directly to your inbox. No doubt someone out there knows the answer to this.

don’t go to Yahoo. Results of the uneven bars right on the front freaking page!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I was going to say that Yahoo is the same way but it looks like someone beat me to it. Don’t they know that we like to WATCH the results happen and not read them before hand. That happened to me with Dara Torres (the 41 yo) for her finals. But I saw it on ESPNNews. So irritating.

I HEAR ya!!! I was so disappointed to already know the results of last nights gymnastics individual medals because I happened to see them plastered on a newstations website 10 hrs. before it was telecast. It’s also annoying to live on the west coast and find out the results of American Idol or the Miss USA pagent by making the mistake of logging on to news channel that watched them hrs. earlier on Eastern time. GRRrrrr:-(

I so have to yell out “ME TOO” on this one! Sadly though I still get sucked into staying up way late – even when I already know the results. NBC knows just how to string me along!

I’m here in the UK and they anounced the results of the diving last week on our local TV news minutes before I was about to watch the event unfold. I sent them a very curt email

VINDICATION! Oh, Don’t get me started on this one! They totally ruined the Olympics for me. It’s my homepage at work and we are not allowed to change any internet settings, so I kept forgetting not to look. Of course! I never remembered and it pops up with a HUGE title of who won.
