Eat More Chocolate!

Ok – when I saw the new goodies at The Stamp Castle – I knew just what I wanted to do with this stamp!  Because really – don’t we all need to eat more chocolate?!?

Last year I made a bunch of the nugget tins for various staff at the boys’ school.  It was the perfect gift for all the *extra* teachers – Music, Librarian, Art, etc.  Well – isn’t this stamp just the perfect topper for those nugget tins??  I got the Christmas Stamp Ensemble in the mail and went to work!  I am determined to have some of this stuff done earlier this year and not be up ALL night before the last day of school.  (we’ll see how that works out!)

So here’s what I came up with!

supplies: Christmas Stamp EnsembleHarmony Classic Circle III; *nugget* tin; wide grosgrain ribbon from PTI; Sweet Blush, New Canvas and Spring Moss palette ink; sponge; dimensionals; mini self-adhesive pearls from Michaels; 1 x 2 5/8 in. white mailing labels; classic circle nestabilities; hershey nuggets.

See – it’s the perfect size!  And there are several other border choices as well as different centers for this!  Plus, the block has the grooved lines so you can attach any of their alphabets too!  Love that versatility!  Oh – and be aware that the block is separate so that you can just buy extra borders and such without paying for a block every time!

And here’s a coupon code so you can make your holiday stuff!

I love to read your blog- when I go to the stamp castle the description tells me I need a wooden block in addition to the ensemble. Is this to permenantly mount to, or to use it like I would an acrylic mount- which I already have for my Gina K and PapertreyInc stamps. Can you clarify?
