I’m taking a little break from my CHA pics (and yes, I have a LOT more!) to share a little Thank You gift I worked on this evening.  Both my younger two boys have long term subs at school since both their teachers had babies this fall.  Funny enough, both of them will have their last day with the class tomorrow.  So I wanted to put a little something together to thank them.  And since I had only this evening to do it - this is what I came up with!

I made a little slider thingie (I’m sure there are tutorials out there and even name for one of these, but I don’t know what it is!) that holds a packet of microwave popcorn and a gift card to Blockbuster.  Nothing much, but a little thank you for their time.  I was thinking I might do more of these for Teacher Appreciation or something. Anyway, here it is!

Their subs will love the gift….they usually are forgotten about or blamed for messing up the routine. So I thank you for thanking them.

Sounds like you had a great trip. Glad you made it home to enjoy the frigid weather….remind you of home at all :-)

This is adorable! I would love to make them for Teacher Appreciation Week this May 5th! I am not the most inventive, so if anyone finds a template for the popcorn slider, can you post it. This is really adorable - thanks for the inspiration!
