I’ve actually got two samples for the Color Challenge over on SCS today!  I know – you’re shocked!  I think I am too!  I really adore stamping on kraft/taupe colored cardstocks with white ink.  I just think it looks so good!  So that’s the challenge this week!  You can find out more about the color challenge {HERE}!

My first sample this week is case’d from the King of the CAS (Clean And Simple) card – and fellow Gina K Design Team Member – Kurtis Amundson!  He absolutely owns the clean, elegant look – I love the way he does this with so few layers!  You can find the card that inspired this one {HERE}.

And here’s my take! Obviously this is for my husband!

supplies: With Sympathy by PTI; sentiment from A Muse; grosgrain ribbons; mellow moss ink; palette noir black and new canvas inks; corner rounder; Pure Luxury Soft Sand cardstock; quickie glue pen; and Tiny Twinkles.

And here’s my second take using a Kraft cardstock base…..
