Who doesn’t love macaroni and cheese?!?!? I got this recipe from my Grandma. Mamakimberly made it for me when I had my wisdom tooth pulled….it was so yummy! I don’t eat kraft mac&cheese, but this is divine! And it isn’t hard either! I hope you enjoy it!

Macaroni and Cheese

2 c uncooked noodles
4 c milk
½ c flour
8 oz shredded cheddar cheese, + 2 oz
½ t salt
3 T maragarine

Precook noodles til slightly tender (approx. 4 min).

Preheat oven to 350.

Heat milk to medium (don’t boil!). Add flour, salt, maragine, and 8 oz cheese. Stir/whisk until cheese is mostly melted. Pour into 9×13 pan with noodles. Top with extra 2 oz cheese.

Bake at 350 for 30 min.
